Directions

The Lighthouse Point office is located on the second floor of the Eldorado building, which is located on North Federal Highway, just two (2) blocks south of Sample Road on the east side of the street.  An elevator is located in the middle of the building.  View Map

The Margate office is located on the first floor of the Northwest Medical Plaza which is just south of the main entrance to Northwest Medical Center. The office and hospital are located on the west side of SR7/441 about three (3) blocks south of Sample Road. Take Sample Road to State Road 7/441 south and make a right turn onto Colonial Drive which is located just south of the hospital.
